About The Position

The Art Director & Graphic Designer is an integral part of the Event Leadership Institute team being a truly creative source of ideas and designs for amazing brand visuals. Designing images for digital marketing campaigns, website and brand assets, this role is responsible for supporting the marketing & content teams with all the graphics and image needs. This position works closely with ELI’s Marketing & Content Manager.

Responsibilities

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following:

• Generate and produce ideas, concepts and layouts based on creative visions and marketing objectives
• Create Photoshop & Illustrator templates for campaign or brand asset series
• Assist the marketing team with basic image editing as required
• Create and design graphics for web, social media, digital marketing and video content
• Create and edit existing vector / Illustrator brand assets
• Source stock images from ELI’s Adobe Stock library to include in creative designs
• Develop and maintain ELI’s brand style guidelines and specifications
• Organize and maintain the company’s graphic design asset library
• Take work from concept to final execution within deadlines
• Work closely with the education, marketing and content teams to deliver graphics that increase and reinforce ELI’s brand image and awareness

Requirements


• Proven experience in graphic design with hands on experience creating logos, brand assets, and marketing images for digital marketing
• Ability to creatively transform visions and ideas into amazing final images
• Expert level experience with Adobe Creative products including Photoshop and Illustrator
• Proven ability to work independently and take initiative, as well as within a team
• This is a remote position. You must have access to a secure computer with appropriate software, a webcam with a microphone, and reliable internet.

Contract Position

This is a part-time, one-month contract position with the possibility of extension, or renewal on a monthly basis depending on the needs of the business.
